Must have 2 years recent RN Case Management & discharge planning experience in a hospital setting, Experience with medical necessity/clinical reviews and denial management (i.e., Concurrent Reviews & Inter Qual), Knowledge of long-term care, Interdisciplinary Care Transitions (ICT) rounding & Knowledge of insurance requirements
