REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
* Current, unencumbered, active occupational therapy license in the state of PACE Organization.
* Two (2) years of appropriate experience as an occupational therapist preferred.
* One (1) year of experience working with a frail or elderly population; appropriate clinical placement experience may be substituted.
* Must have Employee Medical Statement meeting job requirements.
* Compact License Accepted
