REQUIREMENTS:

* Active RN license in the practicing state.
* Experience in cardiovascular or perioperative nursing preferred.
* Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
* BLS required; CNOR or specialty CVOR certifications preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Prepare patients and the CVOR environment for cardiac surgeries.
* Circulate or scrub during procedures, monitoring patient status and assisting the surgical team.
* Administer medications and maintain sterile technique.
* Document care, surgical details, and patient outcomes accurately.
* Educate patients and families on pre- and post-operative care.
* Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and CVOR staff.
