JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical - Travel - (MS RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $1840.00 - $1953.00

- 72 bed facility with all private rooms, located on a 30-acre medical campus - Accredited chest pain center and accredited stroke center - North/Central IN, about 2 hours north of Indianapolis. 90 minutes to beach resort towns along Lake Michigan Scope of role: Medical patients with Heparin drips, managing diabetic patients, wounds, COPD and pneumonia patients and patients with fistulas needing dialysis(DIALYSIS not done on the unit by MS nurses) surgical patients: colectomies, orthopedic cases and podiatry cases as well AS GYN and general surgery patients. Pediatric patients Candidate may be asked to float to other units in the hospital not to take a team but assist as needed with IV’s, or other patient care needs. Patient Ratios: 1:6 Number of Beds in Unit: 26 Medical beds and 20 surgical beds, staff work between both units Monthly Department Volume: 582 patient days per month

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, MS
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
