IU Health
Our goal at IU Health is to enhance the health and well‑being of our fellow Hoosiers across Indiana — a mission we can only achieve with dedicated and dynamic nurses like you. We would be honored to welcome you into our Indiana family, supported by a comprehensive relocation package and a deep, ongoing commitment to your nursing journey.
Across the state, our IU Health facilities are surrounded by welcoming neighborhoods that offer something for everyone — from creative, art-inspired districts to warm, family‑friendly suburbs. If you’re seeking a move to a community rich in history, culture, and close‑knit connection, we are here to help you identify the perfect place to call home.
IU Health is also building a world‑class academic medical campus in downtown Indianapolis. Designed to serve patient‑care needs well into the future, this innovative campus will attract top medical and research professionals to our community. As an organization with seven Magnet‑designated hospitals, we are deeply committed to ensuring that nurses’ voices are valued, respected, and instrumental in shaping clinical practice and policy across our system.
We would love for you to explore how your talents and passion for nursing can make a meaningful impact at IU Health — and how we can support you every step of the way.
Through innovative design and patient-focused care, the new academic health center will enhance the health of Hoosiers and beyond as a destination for healthcare excellence.
The new campus will incorporate 21st-century advancements in care and treatment and enhance the academic atmosphere for education, research, and clinical trials. These innovations will allow us to pursue leading-edge breakthroughs and train the next generation of healthcare professions.
Each of our 864 patient rooms is fully private and outfitted with high-tech patient entertainment systems and telehealth technologies, allowing patients to focus on comfort and healing during their stay.
Situated in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, the new academic health center neighbors IndyGo bus routes, bike trails, and green spaces to enhance accessibility.
Our opportunities will include general medical surgical, progressive care, intensive care and additional niche clinical openings with a variety of shifts available to include nights, days and either a full-time or part-time capacity.
