REQUIREMENTS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluating patients, gathering medical history, and assessing goals.
* Carry out prescribed interventions and exercises to enhance patients' mobility, strength, and flexibility.
* Administer modalities and use therapeutic equipment for patient rehabilitation.
* Instruct patients in exercise programs and techniques to improve physical function and well-being.
* Educate patients and families on exercise and home programs for recovery.
* Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatments and progress.
* Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and healthcare team to coordinate care and discuss treatment plans.
* Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic therapy environment.
* Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients as they work toward their physical therapy goals.
