Registered Nurse (RN) –

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care in accordance with clinical standards and provider orders.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Develop and update nursing care plans
Document patient care accurately in EHR systems
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team
Educate patients and families on care and recovery
Ensure patient safety and infection control
Requirements:
Active RN license (state-specific)
BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare settings
