Description

• Location: San Leandro, CA
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8 am – 4:30 pm
• Schedule: Mon - Fri

Travel Package: $2680/week (including $20/hr W2 & $1880/week stipend)
Local Pay: $57/hr on W2

• 50+ miles for Travel pay eligibility.

Requirements

• BLS certification
• 2+ years of RN Case Management experience
• LTAC or STACH setting, MCG, discharge planning experience highly preferred.
• California RN License
