Join our dedicated healthcare team in Herrin as a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry and Step-Down care! This travel/contract position offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives while earning an estimated gross weekly compensation of $2484. As part of the Progressive Care team, you'll be responsible for providing critical care in a fast-paced environment, so your critical thinking skills and experience are essential.

We're looking for skilled RNs with a minimum of two years experience, an active Illinois license, and certifications in ACLS and NIHSS. The role requires a commitment to weekends, with expectations to work Fridays and Saturdays every other weekend, but you'll enjoy Sunday nights off.
