Minimum 18 months combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for
Minimum 18 months recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
Ohio RN license or Compact RN license in hand
BLS, ACLS & NIHSS — AHA or American Red Cross
Must be willing to work at least every other holiday
ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation; acceptable scores are required
