Pay Details:

For Local Candidates pay rate: $58 to $62 /hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):

Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $60.00
Weekly Pay Rate (W2): $2,160.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $25.39
Minimum Hourly Stipend: $34.61
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $914.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,246.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,160.00

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Hourly Pay Rate (1099): $62.00

Job Summary

The RN will provide critical care and emergency nursing services in a fast-paced Level II Trauma Center and Stroke Certified Facility. Responsibilities include managing ventilated patients, administering IV vasopressors, monitoring cardiac rhythms, caring for stroke and trauma patients, performing triage, and managing central lines while delivering high-quality patient-centered care in an acute care environment.

• Active RN license in the applicable state
•Minimum 2 years of acute care/critical care experience required
•BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH certifications required
•Experience in Level II Trauma Center settings preferred
•Strong cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management skills required
•Experience with BiPAP/CPAP and ventilated patient care required
•Central line care and IV therapy/phlebotomy experience required
•Experience caring for CVA/stroke patients required
•Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE protocols required
•Ability to work in high-acuity, fast-paced emergency or critical care environments
•Expected patient ratio: 1:3
