* National certification in infection prevention and control (mandatory or within 2 years).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of infection control activities.
* Prepare and submit reports to senior management as required.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
