Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adolescent Psych Nurse to join our team in Fuquay Varina, NC. This position involves working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have experience in adolescent psychiatric care and a passion for helping young patients navigate their mental health challenges.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to adolescents with psychiatric conditions.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct assessments and document patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and coping strategies.

Qualifications:
• Valid RN license in North Carolina.
• Experience in adolescent psychiatric nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
