Description

Position Overview
This LTAC CNA role supports high‑acuity patients requiring extended, complex care. The CNA will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient needs, and work closely with nursing staff to ensure safe, consistent care throughout the night shift.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and assist with ADLs

Monitor and report changes in patient condition

Support nursing staff with clinical tasks as allowed

Maintain a clean, safe patient environment

Follow all facility protocols and safety standards

Requirements
Active CNA certification

Previous LTAC or acute‑care experience preferred

Comfortable working night shift and 7‑on / 7‑off rotation

Requirements

License Requirements
Active CNA certification in the state of Wyoming (or compact‑eligible if applicable)

Must be in good standing with no restrictions

CPR/BLS certification preferred or required per facility standards
