REQUIRED PROCEDURES

* Central line insertion
* Arterial line insertion
* Chest tube placement
* CT removal
* Wound vac changes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Board: AANP (NP Certification)
* Licenses: Active NY License
* Certifications: ACLS
* Experience: Minimum 1 year ICU experience required; cardiac critical care preferred; no new graduates
* Other Qualifications: EPIC experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide comprehensive care to cardiac surgery ICU and step-down patients
* Perform invasive procedures including central line, arterial line, chest tube placement
* Manage chest tube removal and wound vac changes
* Conduct phone consultations for inpatient follow-up
* Collaborate with supervising physician and critical care team
