JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Board: Board Certified 

* Licenses: Active New York License

* DEA / CDS: Active DEA with NY address and schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4 & 5

* Certifications: ACLS, PALS (AHA), ATLS

* Experience: New graduates accepted with training

* Other Qualifications: Case logs for past 2 years; CME/CEU documentation for past 2 years; current immunizations (Flu, PPD or Chest X-ray, Physical, N95 Fit Test, titers for MMR, Hep B, Varicella)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients in the ER setting

* Perform moderate sedation as required for procedures

* Collaborate with attending physicians and support staff to manage acute conditions

* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR

* Participate in patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
