Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Description

We are seeking qualified and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for contract opportunities at Pleasant View Center in Concord, New Hampshire.

The LPN will provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Maintain resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.

Requirements
Active New Hampshire LPN license.
Current BLS certification.
LTC/SNF experience preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work the assigned shift.
Important Assignment Details

🔹 Every other weekend (EOW) required on applicable assignments
🔹 36 guaranteed hours/week for the night-shift opening
🔹 40 guaranteed hours/week for the evening-shift opening
🔹 Both evening and night shifts available
🔹 Shift, rate, and contract dates may vary by opening
