Registered Nurse | Med/Surg | $10,000 Sign-On

JOB SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg delivers direct, patient-centered care to adult and geriatric patients in an acute care setting. Working collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, the RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. This role includes coordinating and delegating care, monitoring patient progress, and providing education to patients and families, while adhering to professional standards and regulatory guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
-Develop and implement individualized care plans
-Administer medications and treatments safely
-Collaborate with providers and care team to coordinate care
-Delegate tasks and supervise CNAs
-Provide patient and family education
-Participate in bedside shift report, rounding, and team huddles
-Maintain a safe, clean patient care environment
-Demonstrate strong critical thinking, prioritization, and time management
-Support quality improvement and compliance initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Active Wyoming RN license, or eligible to be licensed
- Med/Surg experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
