REQUIREMENTS:

* 2+ years of experience
* Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved.
* State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
* BLS certification through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date.
* Must have a minimum of 1 year RN work experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for clients utilizing the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice.
* Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
* Supports the philosophy and goals of the individual clinical area.
* Supports the shared governance vision and nursing obligations of membership which guide the practice of all nurses at Valley View Hospital.
