Adelphi is seeking qualified mental health professionals to provide mental health support for students within schools in Cass County, North Dakota. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing psychotherapeutic interventions for students combined with educational and mental health treatments where the students attend school.

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in the relevant mental or social health profession (MS/MSW/MA)
• Candidate must hold and maintain a valid unrestricted license in North Dakota
• Clinicians under supervision may not apply

Responsibilities:
• Offer individual behavior modification services to students enrolled in special programs regardless of their background
• Support Level C district classrooms
• Conduct social skills training groups
• Offer Crisis intervention to students
• Conduct individual and group counseling
• Offer education support to students within the program
• Conduct raining in daily living skills for students and staff
• Develop and maintain a plan of safety for children in the program
• Empower and assist the student and their families to express needs and access needed services and/or supports
• Define individualized goals collaboratively between the school staff, family, and student
• Collaborate with other personnel on site to minimize the loss of instructional time and disruption of the educational environment
• Maintain confidentiality of all students in accordance with school board policy
• Other duties assigned
