Physical Therapist

Conduct physical therapy evaluations and provide treatment per physician orders
Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Communicate with physicians, care teams, patients, and families regarding treatment and progress
Recommend and assist with adaptive equipment to support patient independence
Complete accurate clinical and billing documentation in compliance with regulations
Supervise PTAs and aides according to state practice guidelines
Participate in required training and continuing education

License: Active Physical Therapist license
Coverage Area: Spalding, Pike, and Henry counties
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.49 per mile
