REQUIREMENTS:

* An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
* Two-year degree in nursing required. Four-year degree in nursing preferred.
* Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Registered Nursing license.
* Current CPR/BLS certification required.
* 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
* Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Timely communication to physicians, families, etc. of significant changes in resident condition
* Complete all applicable resident assessments
* Complete medication administration while following the 5 Rights
* Perform wound care and assessments as needed
* Assist CNAs with answering call lights
* Monitor residents for changes in condition
* Act as leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed
* Report any allegations of abuse, neglect or misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator
* Maintain accurate resident records with thorough and accurate charting
* Perform other duties as requested.
