REQUIREMENTS:

* Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
* Experience in perioperative or surgical settings preferred.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational, and teamwork skills.
* BLS certification preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments for procedures.
* Assist surgeons and nurses by passing instruments and maintaining sterile fields.
* Monitor surgical equipment and ensure proper functionality.
* Maintain accurate counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies.
* Document procedural details and collaborate with the surgical team.
