JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Board: BC/BE

* Licenses: CA

* DEA: Active

* Certifications: BLS

* Experience: Min 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in specialty; clean file required for temp privileges

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology/oncology care to patients.

* Manage chemotherapy patients and collaborate with oncology treatment center.

* Document patient encounters and medical records using Epic EMR.

* Participate in clinic schedule including 8-hour shifts with one-hour unpaid lunch.

* Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team including nursing, MAs, and PAs/NPs.
