• Proactively review, evaluate, and present evidence-based recommendations on advanced longevity protocols and early-detection screenings.

• Drive end-to-end health initiatives from initial scientific research through to successful clinical execution
and long-term monitoring.

• Orchestrate and manage intricate, fluid medical calendars, specialist consultations, and diagnostic screenings.

• Maintain absolute accuracy of a centralized, secure medical data system, synthesizing medical records into actionable care roadmaps and briefings for the Principal.

• Meticulously coordinate and manage complex medical calendars for the Principal (and family members as requested), scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and procedures.

• Oversee medical billing auditing, international insurance coordination, pharmacy logistics, and bio-metric data tracking.

• Foster high-trust, institutional relationships with medical providers and clinical researchers to command priority access and elite care.

• A strong clinical background is highly preferred (e.g., Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner
(NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or a degree in Health Administration/Public Health)

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience operating within high-net-worth (HNW/UHNW) environments,
boutique concierge practices, elite academic medical centers, or sophisticated Family Offices

• Strong capability to dissect clinical literature, evaluate longevity technologies, and translate
complex medical jargon into executive-level summaries.

• Superior project management and scheduling abilities

• Deep understanding of healthcare privacy laws (HIPAA) alongside a personal commitment to
absolute discretion, NDAs, and confidentiality

• Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt

• Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site with required flexibility for evening and weekend availability)
