Registered Nurse – ICU

The ICU Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients within the Intensive Care Unit. Working closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team, the RN assesses, plans, and implements care using evidence-based practices while ensuring a safe and healing environment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, a desire to learn, and a commitment to achieving excellent patient outcomes.

Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care RN experience (within the last 3 years)
Higher acuity preferred (ICU, Stepdown)
Strong Med/Surg candidates also considered
Active Florida RN License or approved Multistate Compact License
AHA BLS – required within 30 days of employment
AHA ACLS – required within 30 days of employment
Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred/Required within 1 year:
TNCC or CCRN (Adult) certification
