💰 $35–$37/hour (based on consistent availability)

Family First Homecare is seeking a reliable and compassionate RN or LPN for a 19-year-old client in St. Petersburg. This is a high-acuity private duty case in a supportive, loving home environment.

Patient Diagnoses:

Trisomy 21

Double transplant (kidney & liver)

CKD / acute renal failure

Seizure disorder

Pulmonary hypertension

G-tube dependence

Blind (R cochlear implant)

Dialysis (1x weekly)

Port access (hospital use only)

Skilled Nursing Responsibilities:

G-tube feedings and care

Medication administration

Seizure monitoring and management

Ongoing skilled assessment

Coordination with family and care team

Additional Details:

81 lbs – stand-by assist (attends PT)

Must be comfortable around larger, friendly dogs

12-hour shifts, 7 days per week available

Consistent multi-day coverage preferred
