DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* This position is responsible for the delivery of resident care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, evaluation and documenting direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of care. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient resident care delivery and the achievement of desired resident outcomes. Supports the organization vision and mission. Utilizes knowledge of resident’s age and cultural diversity into the provision of resident care. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in resident care.
