JOB SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered care in a pediatric clinic, partnering with providers and leadership to support the health and well-being of infants, children, and adolescents. This role focuses on age-appropriate assessments, immunizations, family education, and care coordination to promote positive outcomes. The RN ensures safe, high-quality care while supporting patients and families in a compassionate, team-based environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assess and document patient conditions accurately
-Deliver individualized, age-appropriate care using the nursing process
-Collaborate with providers and care teams to coordinate treatment
-Educate patients and families on care plans, development, and prevention
-Demonstrate strong critical thinking and time management
-Maintain a safe, clean clinical environment
-Support clinic operations and assist at other locations as needed
-Follow all compliance, safety, and regulatory guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
-Graduate of an accredited nursing program
-Active Wyoming RN license, or eligible to be licensed
-Pediatric or clinic experience preferred
