Crescent Health Care is looking for a NOC Shift RN. FT and/or PT RN for 10pm-6am shift.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and support to our family of resident in our skilled nursing facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining patients' health and well-being.

Duties:
- Monitor and record vital signs to assess patient conditions accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Skills:
- Valid RN license in Washington State
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
