REQUIREMENTS:

* Active RN license in practicing state required.
* Perioperative or OR nursing experience preferred.
* Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
* BLS required; CNOR certification preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Surgical Readiness:

* Prepare the OR, equipment, and patients for surgery.
* Monitor patient status; administer medications as needed.

* Intraoperative Role:

* Circulate and/or scrub during procedures.
* Assist the surgical team as required.

* Compliance & Education:

* Document surgical care accurately and ensure protocol compliance.
* Educate patients/families on pre and postop expectations.
