REQUIREMENTS:

* Current or temporary RN license in North Dakota or compact RN licensure - no license hits allowed
* ACLS
* floating required
* No locals - 50 mile radius rule
* 2+ years of experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring of critically ill patients, promptly responding to changes in condition and escalating concerns as needed.
* Administer medications, vasoactive infusions, blood products, and advanced therapies in accordance with ICU protocols and individualized care plans.
* Assist physicians with complex procedures, manage ventilators and invasive lines, and ensure accurate interpretation and documentation of clinical data.
* Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, ICU processes, and discharge expectations to support understanding during high-stress situations.
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team during rounds and throughout the shift to coordinate care, plan interventions, and promote continuity across transitions.
* Maintain meticulous documentation and participate in unit-based safety, quality, and performance-improvement activities.
