Travel RN Home Health jobs in Wilmington, DE offer 13-week contracts with 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, and 40 hours expected weekly. You must have a Delaware RN license and home health experience. You will visit 5 to 6 clients per day and document using Homecare Home Base. Your responsibilities include performing patient assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, wound care, and educating patients and families on health management.
