About the Position
Licensed Practical Nurse – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry – Nights – 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, 3x12 – Relocation Candidates Welcome Location: Zanesville, OH Duration: 13 Weeks Specialty: Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Shift Time: Nights – 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, 3x12 Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week Start: 11/16/2026 We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a hospital in Zanesville, OH. The ideal candidate will deliver compassionate, high-quality care to a diverse patient population requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and post-surgical support. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment. 📋 Key Responsibilities • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols • Monitor and document patient vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and telemetry readings • Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and post-operative assessments • Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans • Educate patients and families on discharge instructions, medications, and ongoing care needs • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns to the supervising RN • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record ✅ Requirements • Active OH or Compact LPN license • BLS, Epic EMR proficiency, IV Certification certifications • 2+ years of Medical-Surgical / Telemetry experience • ACLS certification preferred • Strong telemetry rhythm recognition skills and familiarity with cardiac monitoring equipment Pay Pay range: $1,872 to $1,965 per week. Travel Med/Surg / Tele LPN package: up to $1,965/week (36 hours) = $24/hour taxable + up to $1,101/week in travel reimbursements if eligible under IRS tax-home and expense rules. Local package: $52/hour fully taxable ($1,872/week for 36 hours). Overtime paid in accordance with applicable wage-and-hour laws and the assignment agreement. Actual compensation varies based on hours worked, assignment terms and travel reimbursement eligibility.
Requirements

Active OH or Compact LPN license
BLS, Epic EMR proficiency, IV Certification certifications
2+ years of Medical-Surgical / Telemetry experience
ACLS certification preferred
Strong telemetry rhythm recognition skills and familiarity with cardiac monitoring equipment
