LPN – Med Surg | Zanesville, OH
💰 $24.19/hr taxable + $1,100/week non-taxable
💵 $55/hr OT & Holiday
🕐 36 hours/week | Day or Night Shift
📍 Zanesville, OH
📅 Every 3rd weekend required
🚫 No call requirement
You’ll primarily work on Medical-Surgical/Observation units, with occasional floating to areas such as Surgical, Respiratory, Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, and Observation.
Key Requirements:
• Active Ohio LPN license
• Current BLS
• Minimum 2 years of current/recent hospital experience
• Current Epic proficiency – required
• IV certification required
• Ability to manage approximately 5 patients with RN oversight
• Telemetry reading competency required and tested on Day 1
