REQUIREMENTS:

* All positions at Tsehootsooi Medical Center, Candidates must have a minimum of (2) two years recent RN experience in the specialty that is being applied for in order to be considered, in some cases more exp may be required.
* American Heart Association BLS
* ACLS
* PALS or ENPC
* TNCC
* and conscious sedation certification (Obtained through facility after confirmation-$105 fee)
* 2+ years of experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* All ED nurses are expected to rotate through each of these areas regularly.
* In addition, nurses are assigned to Triage, Quick Registration, Covid Tent, and Entry Screening.
* Nurses can expect to be assigned a different area at minimum daily, and may be rotated during their shift, depending on the patient volume and needs of the unit.
* May be assigned to assist with Covid testing and/or immunization clinics as needed.
* Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work.
* This could include taking a patient load if experienced and competent in that setting or could be task-oriented such as answering call lights, phones, etc.
