We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to patients with physical, developmental, or cognitive challenges while supporting individualized treatment plans and helping patients improve daily living and functional skills. This role may work in inpatient, outpatient, rehab, or skilled nursing settings depending on facility needs.

• Active OT or COTA license in the applicable state
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current BLS certification required
• Previous rehab, SNF, acute care, or outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Travel or contract experience preferred for traveler positions
