REQUIREMENTS:

* Active RN license in the practicing state.
* ER experience or acute care background preferred.
* Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
* BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC certifications preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Triage and assess patients upon arrival.
* Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions.
* Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and team members.
* Maintain accurate documentation of care and patient records.
* Educate patients and families on treatment and follow-up care.
* Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives in the ER.
