Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Adelphi is seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide direct patient care at a facility in Kerr County, Texas. The ideal candidate will assist with treatment, administer medication, and provide direct patient support under the supervision of the Unit RN and Nurse Manager.

 REQUIREMENTS
 • Valid LVN license (Texas or compact state)
 • Current CPR certification
 • Valid government-issued photo ID
 • Documentation of TB test
 • Negative COVID-19 test (testing provided)
 • Ability to pass urine drug screen & background check (candidate responsibility)
 • Successful completion of FBI fingerprint background check (provided)

RESPONSIBILITIES
 • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and documentation.
 • Educate patients on medications and care plans.
 • Perform computer data entry (training provided).
 • Support patients with advanced skills, including G-tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomy care
 • Collaborate with RNs and Nurse Managers to ensure high-quality patient care.
