Meda Health is seeking experienced Travel RNs to fill an exciting Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) RN position in Saint Maries, Idaho. This assignment offers 48-hour Day or Night shifts with a start date of 10/26/2026. Earn a weekly gross pay of $2,526, including a taxable rate of $20/hour and $30/hour for hours worked over 40, plus a weekly stipend of $1,486. A $500 travel reimbursement is also available.
