For Local Candidates pay rate: $60 to $70/hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $62.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,232.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $27.39
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $986.04
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,245.96

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $66.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,376.00

A healthcare facility in Colorado is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with strong Med/Surg and Spine/Ortho post-op experience. This position is ideal for a skilled RN who thrives in a fast-paced acute care environment and is comfortable caring for post-surgical orthopedic and spine patients.

Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg and post-op Ortho/Spine patients
• Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and document care accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and patient outcomes
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to infection control standards

Requirements
• Current, unrestricted Colorado RN License required
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Spine/Orthopedic post-op experience required
• Strong Med/Surg background preferred
• COVID vaccination required per state mandate

Additional Details
• Patient Ratio: 1:5
• Holiday availability required; no holiday RTO accepted
• Shared housing may be available (2 bed/2 bath apartment)
• No pets and no smoking permitted in housing
• Rent covered for provided housing
