Nurse Manager

The Nurse Manager is responsible for the daily leadership and oversight of all clinical and clinical operations within the ambulatory surgery center (ASC). This role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, efficient clinical workflow, and positive team culture across PreOp, OR, PACU, Lasers/PAT, and SPD. The Nurse Manager directly supervises all clinical staff and serves as the clinical voice in operational planning, patient-care protocols, compliance, and quality improvement. The Nurse Manager must maintain competency in all clinical roles and responsibilities within the ASC and be able to provide coverage when necessary, including PreOp, OR, PACU, Lasers/PAT and SPD.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado
• Minimum five (5) years of ambulatory surgery clinical experience as a registered nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Must be able to complete various health testing requirements before starting date,
such as:
o Tuberculosis (TB) blood test
o Flu vaccine
