Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Contract Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract day-shift opportunity at Belen Meadows Center in Belen, New Mexico.

The LPN will provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable nursing standards.
Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.

Requirements
Active New Mexico LPN license.
Current BLS certification.
LTC/SNF experience preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work the assigned 12-hour day shift.
Must be available for the required Thursday, Friday & Saturday schedule.
