Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Contract Opportunity

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract night-shift opportunity at Bloomfield Nursing and Rehabilitation.

The LPN will provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Communicate changes in resident condition to the healthcare team.
Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable nursing standards.
Maintain resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.

Requirements
Active New Mexico LPN license.
Current BLS certification.
LTC/SNF experience preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work the assigned 12-hour night shift.
Must be available for the required Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday schedule.
