Job Title : RN - Registered Nurse
Location : Laconia, NH 03246
Shift : Nights : 6:45P-7:15A
Duration : 14 weeks with possible extension based on performance
Schedule : Thu, Fri, Sat
Guaranteed Hours : 36/week, overtime after 40 hours available
Pay : $55 - $60/hour

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being.
Assess residents’ health conditions, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in physical or mental status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while following safety protocols.
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans based on residents’ medical needs.
Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff to ensure quality patient care and compliance with facility policies.
Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures as required.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, medications, treatments, and resident progress in the EHR.
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate resident care.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies, assess residents, and initiate appropriate interventions.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, HIPAA regulations, and applicable state and federal nursing standards.
