Join Our Elite Medical ICU Team in Corpus Christi!

Join our 12-bed multidisciplinary Medical ICU unit, providing high-level care to patients with serious medical, cardiac, and surgical disorders. Our team utilizes advanced technologies including Swan-Ganz, Therapeutic Hypothermia, Tablo, and IABP to monitor and treat complex conditions such as Acute Coronary Syndrome, ARDS, Sepsis, and Renal Failure.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide independent nursing care utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation).

Manage advanced technologies and monitoring for critically ill patients.

Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families.

Administer medications and treatments via established protocols and monitor effectiveness.

Delegate tasks and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure clinical excellence.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Experience: 1+ year of experience in a Critical Care setting is preferred; however, new graduates are accepted.

License: Current RN License (Texas or Compact state).

Certifications:

BLS: Required at time of hire (AHA or Red Cross).

ACLS: Required (Grace period: 30 days for experienced; 90 days for new grads).
