Join our committed team at one of Albuquerque’s leading healthcare facilities, where we are seeking multiple Registered Nurses to bolster our Emergency Room department. This is an exceptional travel/contract opportunity for experienced nurses, offering competitive compensation of $3,154.00 for 36 or 48-hour shifts. As a member of our team, you will be stepping into an essential role within our level 2 trauma center, where approximately 60%-80% of our emergency department admissions require your expert care. We welcome adventurous first-timers and seasoned travelers alike, provided you have at least two years of level 1 trauma experience.

Your responsibilities will include providing quality patient care and adhering to our patient ratios of 1:5 across day, night, and weekend shifts. Proficiency with Cerner charting, along with certifications in ACLS, BLS, TNCC, NIHSS, and PALS are essential for the role, with a COVID vaccination required. Notably, our policy allows NM licenses to pend during the application process. Be prepared to float within your scope as necessary, particularly to Adult PCUs or ED Holding based on staffing needs. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Floating to Peds ED is optional, Floating to Adult PCUs is an expectation based on staffing needs. Potential floating to ED Holding and Trauma DOE as well
