Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Lab Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment in Meeker, CO. The ideal candidate will have strong laboratory experience performing diagnostic testing on blood and body fluids, specimen collection, and analysis of laboratory results in a clinical setting.

This role includes rotating weekday call coverage and every 4th weekend rotation.

Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic laboratory testing on blood and body fluids
Collect patient specimens and process samples accurately
Analyze and interpret laboratory test results
Maintain laboratory equipment and follow quality control procedures
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
Participate in rotating call schedule and weekend coverage

Requirements
Experience
Minimum 5 years of recent laboratory experience required
Certifications & Licensure
Current ASCP, CLS, or equivalent certification required
Current registered MLT or MLS required
Active state license required
Additional Information
Guaranteed 36 hours/week
Shared housing may be available (2 bed / 2 bath apartment)
No pets and no smoking permitted in housing
