Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract opportunity at Rehab Center of Albuquerque.

The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, complete clinical documentation, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Requirements
Active LPN license eligible to practice in New Mexico.
Current BLS certification.
Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work the assigned 12-hour day shift.
Must be available for the required Sunday, Monday, and Saturday schedule.
Important Assignment Details

🔹 Approximately 30 residents per assignment
🔹 Approximately 1:30 nurse-to-resident ratio
🔹 No med techs at the facility
🔹 LPN must be comfortable independently managing medications and resident care responsibilities.
