REQUIREMENTS:

* Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., OTs, PTs, SLPs) or equivalent.
* Must comply with certification and licensure prerequisites set by state and national board associations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation to lead the therapy team, including PTs, OTs, and SLPs
* Promote a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and staff development.
* Oversee rehab service delivery for quality patient care.
* Work with the team to assess patient needs, create treatment plans, and track progress.
* Aid in recruiting, training, and managing rehab staff.
* Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support staff growth.
* Assist in developing patient-centered rehab programs and staying current with industry trends.
* Help maintain quality standards, including compliance and safety.
* Participate in audits and improvement efforts.
* Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
* Manage the rehab department budget effectively.
* Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
